Refund policy

We hope that you love your purchase from The AnimiraJewels. If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns on all items within 7 business days of the delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging (Box). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at :

  • The name used to place the order
  • Your order number
  • State which item you'd like to return and a brief description as to why you'd like to return your item.

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. 
  • A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all eligible returns. 
  • We highly recommend purchasing shipping with tracking.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom items (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Items on sale
  • Gift Cards

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Animirajewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best solution on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the Buyer's responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items. 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
